Feels like over-management here from Stammen. You'd never be on your 4th pitcher in the 5th inning in a 2-1 game during the regular season. Benefit of winning those first two games, they gotta sell out for everything.

I ditched the Knicks as a kid. But I had so much less of a connection to them and my hero, Patrick Ewing, the main guy I was connected to got actively crapped on. At this point, I could never ditch the Yankees. I actively hate this toxic owner and management though.
when I looked at the warriors list of ‘did not travel’ players, I legit couldn’t figure out how many of them were heavy rotation players and how many were deep bench/e-10—which sort of tells you about the washed state of this once proud franchise, i suppose.
Demers does a lot of the things I loved about Mike Barrett, even if the synergy with Lamar isn’t where it was with Calabro. Still, I hope he’s the answer to the broadcast question.
Mary Fowler can do what she wants, actually, and we don't have the right to demand more of her than what she's willing to give. www.espn.com.au/football/sto...
Nick is super casual with the Yankees, too. Like this isn’t a team either of us go out of the way to watch, but my father and one of our best friends are both Yankees fans. So we root for them to win but we don’t like, I mean… my Yankees jersey is a Rizzo.
We save the Stanton bullet for when they can bring the righty in instead of to start the inning. Another masterful piece of strategic thinking Boonie.
I don’t hate LA. Their players are genuinely likable and I respect how good they are at what they do. But in the aggregate, it’s hard to watch a team that buys all its players away from poorer teams steamroll every postseason. I’ll be rooting for MIL, or SD, or TB, or whoever has to face them
WNBA officiating continuing to uphold a tradition of excellence unseen since the days of Chuck Meriwether
There was a lot going on in that almost homer by Manny Machado. Crushed that ball. Admired it. Blew a bubble. And then Mitchell went Adam Jones on that ball and brought it back.
What has destroyed football/ soccer. Greed. From FIFA to selling shirts. www.bbc.com/sport/footba...
There are Yankees fans out there who have never seen their team in a World Series, and for that I am grateful
Happy to be wrong about the Yankees. I still think the Brewers will go to the World Series. Either AL team will do as their opponent, but as a Midwest guy, I'd like to see the White Sox advance. Let's keep the Fall Classic off the coasts this year.
how come when other refs make it about themselves I lose my mind but when Bill Kennedy does I love him more than basketball itself
It's so cool how we're not going to have baseball until like 2029 because of the noble invisible hand of the free market
Seeing Deyna Castellano getting criticism from Tigres fans for lacklustre performances. IMO, since her time at City, followed by her time in the NWSL, her performances have not been impressive. But the talk has always been more about her talent and not so much her record. That may be changing now.
So - Angel puts in the work. She spent time refining her long shots over the season. She works both ends of the court. She doesn't flop, doesn't complain (more than the norm lol) to the refs. She's locked in playing the game. CC does none of those things. She's def the better player. So fun to watch
The Contreras go-ahead blast off Morejon. The Roofball. The 9th against Miller. Chourio. The Mitchell Catch. Most memorable Brewers playoff series I can remember.
Doc, JT, and a confused Belli are so Al, Dan, and Johnny from Deadwood-coded
Weird season. A lot of fun moments. A lot of low moments. Won the division and beat the Phillies in the playoffs. So all in all it wasn't a bad season. Hope we can figure out the bats whenever we play baseball again. Was fun spending the season with ya'll on here. Go Braves. ❤️
