I made my own enchilada sauce. Way better than store bought. It actually has spice to it.

I had toom on naan for lunch. Now I am spreading garlic pesto on flatbreads and roasting garlic cloves along with gala apples and Brussels sprouts for the flatbread toppings. Stay away, vampires. I am toxic! ;)

Made butternut squash sauce for Halloween shaped pasta from Aldi. I sort of used an old Barilla box sauc e recipe, but changed it up a bit. Bacon, onions, squash, chicken broth, spices, & a dash if heavy cream. Good fall meal (or side dish) & Halloween colors.
