Anybody want a fantastic idea? I sauteed some frozen diced onion in some butter until it started to brown, then added about a quarter cup of minced kimchi, then add 2 cups leftover rice, then add an order of chipped brisket from a barbecue restaurant = brisket kimchi fried rice!
Don't kill me but slightly thawed green beans and hummus is a *great* chilled snack.
