ReformUK Ltd claims it has cleared two senior officials (caught in a sting, claiming their could circumnavigate electoral laws) in its internal review, and is threatening legal action against the journalists who engineered the sting; meanwhile the Police continue their investigations, and I'm guessing no Court is going to be siding with Reform while the Police investigation continues. For those of you suspecting that weak enforcement at Companies House was a direct route for fraudulent economic entities to prosper will likely see the failure of over 30,000 firms to confirm (under the new identity verification requirement) one or more directors' legal identity as an indicator of the range of shadow ownership & potential money laundering activity.
