  3. My hot take is: if you want to promote Chemistry as "The Central Science", don’t complain when someone who is "not a real chemist/not doing real chemistry" wins the Nobel Prize in Chemistry for work in a field that draws upon chemistry principles. I suspect I’ll be tapping this sign in a year’s time

This year's #NobelPrize in Chemistry was awarded for research which helps chemists make just one of a molecule's pair of mirror images 🪞 It's useful in making medicinal molecules and gives insights into why biological molecules are formed from single mirror-image building blocks 🧬 #ChemSky 🧪

  10. I really think the nobel prize folks have recognized chemistry quite enough already and should change it up a bit and give the chemistry award to some biologists or physicists one of these years

Search looks through the last 36 hours of public posts for your words, "exact phrases", #hashtags, @handles and websites, and also finds posts about the same thing by meaning. New posts join about every 10 minutes. We only include posts whose authors allow logged-out viewing (Bluesky) or search (Mastodon, indexable accounts), and we re-check Bluesky authors each time we show a page. Likes and follower counts never decide the order. For meaning matches, query text is turned into a fingerprint on Wildroot’s own server (EmbeddingGemma-300M); it is never sent to another service.
