I do misgender some of my enby friends but it's always going too far and being like "him" when they're a masc leaning enby and "her" when they're more fem leaning and it turns out that's almost always fine lol. i still try not to do it, but it is very funny how i always overshoot instead of under

  2. I'm Ez, queer chronically ill & neurodiverse, & i write fantasy & scifi stories about being other dealing w/trauma & finding belonging. Lots of enby autistic & adhd characters. Lots of anxiety found family & questions of responsibility w/a dash of questionable morality. I write the community i need.

I’m so serious when I say y’all have to stop treating amab nonbinary people like men. & I mean the people who already respect afab nonbinary folks. Do you know how many amab enbies tell me I’m the 1st person to see & respect them? What are we doing? I’m happy to help, but the bar is on the ground

  4. This just reminded me of how my dysphoria still bubbles up even though I thought it reduced kind of. I haven’t transitioned and use he/they pronouns - I’ve told less people about my gender identity though, so I pass for a cis man.

Had this on my mind all morning, and it's brought up a lot of long-term rough feelings about how amab (I hate that term) non-binary folks are treated as either effeminate men, or women-lite There's such a level of disrespect that demonstrates just how far many will go to maintain the binary 🧵

"There are no nonbinary men, only nonbinary women" is an inherently ridiculous and contradictory statement but is also genuinely the way a lot of people think.

  7. ngl I don't even try to explain my situation or seek understanding anymore. I'm sure some of it is because a lot of my interests and hobbies align with what is stereotypically associated with cis men but c'mon. The bar is worse than on the ground, it is buried under the ground.

  8. unfortunately until transmisogyny is something people can actually talk about without a lot of deeply insecure people getting their boxers in a twist about it, this will persist

Search looks through the last 36 hours of public posts for your words, "exact phrases", #hashtags, @handles and websites, and also finds posts about the same thing by meaning. New posts join about every 10 minutes. We only include posts whose authors allow logged-out viewing (Bluesky) or search (Mastodon, indexable accounts), and we re-check Bluesky authors each time we show a page. Likes and follower counts never decide the order. For meaning matches, query text is turned into a fingerprint on Wildroot’s own server (EmbeddingGemma-300M); it is never sent to another service. Wildroot does not save query text to disk. Looking for posts like one you have? Similar posts. How to opt out.
