I do not consider 7H cannon. There simply cannot be. 2 Avatar. ESPECIALLY 2 Avatar that can bend all four elements. Vaatu only had the element of water. The avatar can only bend all four elements because Raava has all four elements inside her. Vaatu doesn't.
