  1. I had a real "my autistic traits are more prevalent now that I'm taking stimulant meds for my ADHD" kind of day. Got really overwhelmed and overpeopled at Easton today. Which sucks, bc I usually love the hustle and bustle of my local fancy malancy shopping mall. Sigh. AuDHD life, amirite?

  2. "A new analysis reveals that while the two conditions involve the same deeper brain structures, they feature distinct patterns of heightened or reduced activity that could help explain their differing symptoms." As an undiagnosed AuDHD, I thought this was fascinating.

Attending an ND Affirming two hour training at my work (higher Ed) and this is the first time I’ve ever disclosed my auDHD in a professional setting, outside my current team. It feels WEIRD but I also want to cry at how authentic I got to be for the first time in my entire career.

  5. If you have ADHD (diagnosed or very strong suspicion) I have a question for you What ADHD symptom/quirk/characteristic has been the most detrimental to your life to date? For me, it’s my challenge w attention to detail & my terrible memory. I’ve lost more jobs than most ppl work their whole lives

  6. I don't have ADHD, but every time someone posts something like this, I can understand what made me get the evaluation in the first place. I have literally done exactly this. (I'm apparently some other variety of neurospicy with overlapping tendencies.)

  8. @elakdawalla.bsky.socialBluesky

It’s that moment when I lose focus and EVERYTHING BREAKS Runner-up: the long periods of “I’m not going to succeed at this, so why bother starting?”

  9. Day 10 of Auctober! Neurodiversity was coined as a term of inclusion, not exclusion. Is your brain wired differently than what's typical? Congrats! You fit perfectly under this wide umbrella labelled Neurodivergent! Let's not gatekeep something that was meant to help people feel included #auctober

  10. I remember feeling lucky that I was actually diagnosed so young for someone from the same sex I was I don't think this is overdiagnosed, quite the opposite in my opinion. (Queues are still hell) Though Britain is a very weird place for me as an autistic person in the trans umbrella right now...

Search looks through the last 36 hours of public posts for your words, "exact phrases", #hashtags, @handles and websites, and also finds posts about the same thing by meaning. New posts join about every 10 minutes. We only include posts whose authors allow logged-out viewing (Bluesky) or search (Mastodon, indexable accounts), and we re-check Bluesky authors each time we show a page. Likes and follower counts never decide the order. For meaning matches, query text is turned into a fingerprint on Wildroot’s own server (EmbeddingGemma-300M); it is never sent to another service. Wildroot does not save query text to disk. Looking for posts like one you have? Similar posts. How to opt out.
