Japanese curry on Thursday/ I was going to turn it into curry cakes, but today was not a day for making dough so instead I made some mashed potatoes and turned it into a shepherd's pie like concoction. Still in the oven but I think it's gonna be a good one

  3. Just made and ate some of the nicest chips (en-us: fries). potatoes cut into 1/2" thick cuboids into heavily salted simmering water. Heat turned up to full until back up to simmering. Add 1tsp curry powder simmer 5 minutes decant onto preheated (210C) oiled oven trays. Slop around until evenly coated in oil. Salt them Bake 10 mins. Take out, muss them up to recoat them in oil Bake 15 mins at 215-220C Done. You're welcome
