I am painfully bloated without eating. Or at most a few notes of boot and a shake. That’s it. It’s hard to stomach anything with nausea. My guts are always in pain. I am having diarrhea. It’s been over a week now. It has not let up and is getting worse. I cannot do to a doctor until funding

I have not been able to go to a doctor since the my glands started swelling - never stopped. I can’t name regular appointments being so sick from this. Including trying to get disability funding. People ask me to keep “trying”. But I can’t when my body is going out from constant stress.
