The problem, our Congressmen think the Constitution can protect itself. What the people don’t realize, WE ARE THE CONSTITUTION!!!! These are the laws and rights of EVERY CITIZEN!! Why are we letting them take that away……..without a fight? Why are we diluting our rights AND our laws? VOTE!!!

I agree. The biggest flaw with the constitutiton is not IN the constitution. It is what ISN'T. The Founding Fathers, for all of their faults, did not imagine America would elect this type of idiot.

The flaw in the Constitution is that it was written at a time when there were many political parties, and the duality that we currently live with did not exist. They were certainly familiar with corruption, but this level of cowardice would have been hard for them to contemplate.

  4. I understand the desire for a more modern constitution. I'm just not convinced that pursuing that while electorates are putting people like the Trumps, Marcos & Bolsonaros is wise when voter turnout is so low.

  8. The Constitution was designed around Congress having a check on a lawless President or Office holders. The fact that Trump could say "I can do whatever I want." and it goes unchallenged by Congress, the Media, and Republican Party Leadership. Shows how complicit they all are in the Coup.

Search looks through the last 36 hours of public posts for your words, "exact phrases", #hashtags, @handles and websites, and also finds posts about the same thing by meaning. New posts join about every 10 minutes. We only include posts whose authors allow logged-out viewing (Bluesky) or search (Mastodon, indexable accounts), and we re-check Bluesky authors each time we show a page. Likes and follower counts never decide the order. For meaning matches, query text is turned into a fingerprint on Wildroot’s own server (EmbeddingGemma-300M); it is never sent to another service. Wildroot does not save query text to disk. Looking for posts like one you have? Similar posts. How to opt out.
