Let me ask everyone a question... How sad would you be if the government told you that you could "only" own up to $100 million in assets? Personally, I think I could squeak by. It's time for some asset seizures. Too few people own everything and the government is $40 Trillion in debt.

I have absolutely had to do this. Hours reduced, but promised it would get better. It didn’t. Eventually the business went broke. People have such a black & white view of economics. It is anything, but that. Did you know governments WANT a certain amount of unemployment?

So much for Trump’s “Golden Age” of economic opportunity. Inflation is up more than 5% since he returned to the White House. Whether it’s the President’s tariffs, war with Iran, or cuts to health care and food assistance, his Administration is making it harder for you to afford the basics.

  6. Awesome thread. When I lived in the U.K., the Best Performance Value Indicator surveys (BVPI) that council had a statutory requirement to conduct asked about the extent to which 'teenagers hanging around in the streets' was a problem. Government complicity is also part of how we got here.

Search looks through the last 36 hours of public posts for your words, "exact phrases", #hashtags, @handles and websites, and also finds posts about the same thing by meaning. New posts join about every 10 minutes. We only include posts whose authors allow logged-out viewing (Bluesky) or search (Mastodon, indexable accounts), and we re-check Bluesky authors each time we show a page. Likes and follower counts never decide the order. For meaning matches, query text is turned into a fingerprint on Wildroot’s own server (EmbeddingGemma-300M); it is never sent to another service. Wildroot does not save query text to disk. Looking for posts like one you have? Similar posts. How to opt out.
