Zach Lahn keeps saying he’s a business builder and job creator. But what major businesses has he actually build, and how many jobs did he create? Investing in businesses isn’t the same as building them. He likes to really hammer that home but has no examples.

When a company wants the government to intervene to prohibit third parties from publishing factual information about its prices, that's a bad look. Hard to believe that they're so sure that you, the customer, will be delighted by these pricing tactics that they can't bear to have these third parties ruin the surprise. 6/

Once the post-bubble bankruptcies turns equity into ashes and debt into equity, the new owners of a pile of extravagantly expensive, yet debt-free, infrastructure built in conditions of demand collapse and drop prices until a bottom is found. I really only envy the rich one thing: the peace of mind that comes from knowing that if something happens you have the money to throw at a problem. Money does not solve all problems -- but it sure as hell makes dealing with problems that can't be avoided much easier. Someone's sick? You don't have to worry about paying medical bills, affording medications, etc. Somebody got drunk and plowed into your car last night? Sucks, but if you have enough money, it's just a minor hassle and not a catastrophe. Call a tow truck, your insurance, and rent a car while everything gets sorted out. Your ki

  11. "Tenants' ability to absorb further increases is really the dynamic that is limiting further rental growth” Landlords can and do charge whatever they can get away with, regardless of interest rates, regardless of tax breaks. Now they can’t push people any harder because we’re past breaking point.

Search looks through the last 48 hours of public posts for your words, "exact phrases", #hashtags, @handles and websites, and also finds posts about the same thing by meaning. New posts join about every 10 minutes. We only include posts whose authors allow logged-out viewing (Bluesky) or search (Mastodon, indexable accounts), and we re-check Bluesky authors each time we show a page. Likes and follower counts never decide the order. Meaning search uses a model on Wildroot’s server. Query text may be sent through OpenRouter to an embedding provider if that model is unavailable or for a quality-check sample. Wildroot does not save query text to disk.
